Networking and brainstorming afternoon for stakeholders Mon 16 Nov, 3.00–5.30 pm
Come along to hear about the plans for next spring’s World Village Festival, to network and to brainstorm ideas for your own involvement with the festival team and other organisations.
The event is open to all festival stakeholders looking for feedback, opportunities for collaboration and ideas to develop their involvement, as well as to organisations joining us for the first time.
You can arrive at your convenience, though we’d prefer you to be here by 4.30 pm. The programme includes two short joint sessions to present festival plans, from approximately 3.15 pm to 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm to 4.45 pm.
In addition, there will be various stands where you can chat in person with the festival team and festival partners about your plans, seek ideas, ask questions about the upcoming festival and network with others planning similar activities.
Light refreshments will be served. The event will be conducted in Finnish and English, with joint presentations in Finnish.
The event is an excellent opportunity to visit the new office of Fingo, the festival organiser, at Teollisuuskatu 21, 2nd floor, 00510 Helsinki; the entrance is via the main doors on the Töysänkatu side. The premises are fully accessible. We’ll be at the ground-floor entrance to welcome you until 16.30.
Please register by Wednesday 11 November at the latest. REGISTRATION OPENS 21 OCTOBER.
