World Village Festival is reforming and moving from Suvilahti to central Helsinki. The traditional admission free event will be held on May 16–17 in Lasipalatsi District and Narinkka Square. Applications for exhibitor stands for the festival are now being accepted.
Exhibitors can apply for tent stands at Narinkka Square, and table spaces at the Market of Possibilities in the Bio Rex Foyer. The festival also has spaces for mobile promotional carts, face-to-face and other customised features. Don’t forget the opportunity to advertise on the festival site’s three screens.
The festival audience is very interested in what exhibitors have to offer. According to a visitor survey conducted at the last festival, 81 percent of visitors said they would check out the exhibitors, and 36 percent said that getting to know the non-governmental organisations and other exhibitors was one of the main reasons for coming to the festival.
Registration for exhibitor stands is open from January 15 to February 25
Registration for exhibitor stands is open until February 25 and stands will be confirmed to applicants by March 27 at the latest. The new festival site has a total of about 70–80 stands for exhibitors. Table stands at the Market of Possibilities are reserved for Fingo’s member organisations. All organisations can apply for tent stands or mobile promotional carts at Narinkka Square, but if demand exceeds supply, we will give preference to NGOs and other socially influential organisations. There are no spaces for food vendors at the festival this year.
We encourage asking the festival team for more detailed information about customised participation opportunities, such as special stands, face-to-face, or last-minute programme items.
