The Yalla workshop is an interactive music and movement workshop for the whole family. The workshop is led by Mohammad Manla (Moo Clown) and features musician Daniel Alattrash, who plays the qanun, a traditional Middle Eastern string instrument. The workshop offers lively Arabic music, rhythms, and group movement in a relaxed and participatory atmosphere.
The workshop is mainly non-verbal, so it is suitable for participants of all language backgrounds. The workshop will be conducted in Finnish, English, and clear, simple Arabic. The workshop is suitable for children aged 1–7.
The event will take place in the Kids’ Corner at LillaLuckan, located on the second floor of Luckan at Yrjönkatu 27.
