Finnish Somalia Network, founded in 2004, is the umbrella organization for Finnish organizations conducting development cooperation projects in Somalia and the Horn of Africa. We offer our member organizations peer support, training and advice as well as consulting services for stakeholders interested in the region.

The Network currently implements three development projects in the field of technical and vocational training and education (TVET) in altogether 9 project areas in Somalia, in cooperation with our Finnish member organizations and their local partners.

In Finland we are also working on finding means to enhance youth participation and active citizenship focusing especially on youth with migrant background.
