Safety and environmental guidelines
Through this link you will find the area safety guidelines, which apply to everyone operating within the event area. In addition, through this link you will find the environmental guidelines prepared for exhibitors. The guidelines cover topics such as responsible practices, safety, and waste management. We kindly ask you to review both sets of guidelines carefully before the event.
Tent stands at Narinkka Square
Those who have reserved a tent space at Narinkkatori can check their assigned stand number on the “Stands – Maailma kylässä -festivaali” page and their location on the “Map – Maailma kylässä -festivaali” page. The locations will also be clearly marked upon arrival at the event area.
As the event organiser, we take public safety seriously. Please take safety considerations into account when planning your spot at public events. Narinkka Square can be a windy place, and there will be thousands of people on the Festival site at the same time. Thank you for caring about the safety of others. Instructions for safely setting up a tent can be found at this link.
Those arriving at a tent stand must bring their own tent, set it up, and provide appropriate tent weights and anchors. Only one exhibitor is permitted per exhibitor stand, with the exception that two Fingo’s member (organisations) may share a single stand. The use of personal generators is prohibited. The organiser does not provide furniture for tent stands. If you serve coffee at your exhibitor stand, it must be served in biodegradable cups.

Stands at the Market of Possibilities
The Market of Possibilities at Bio Rex is an indoor venue. Your reservation includes a table and one chair, which will be provided by the festival. There may not be wall space behind your table, but you are welcome to bring a roll-up banner, for example. Please also note that space behind the tables is limited and the tables are placed side by side (with a small gap between them). Two types of tables are available: a standard table (approx. 180×70 cm) or, for those needing more space, a smaller round standing table (approx. 60 cm in diameter). You may also choose not to have a table. Please indicate your table preference and any special requests regarding table placement via email: ville-valtteri.marjeta@maailmakylassa.fi no later than April 10, 2026.
Dates for exhibitors
Please note that the festival programme and the schedules for other sections are not included here.
Starting Wednesday, April 1. An invoice for your participation will be sent no later than during the month of April to the billing address provided at the time of registration. Your spot will not be finalized until you have paid the participation fee by the invoice due date. Please note that failure to pay the invoice is not sufficient for cancellation.
Exhibitors will receive an informational letter via email by the end of April. The letter will include the exact location of the venue, a map of the area, driving directions, and other necessary practical information.
Fri, Apr 10 Deadline for ordering advertisement space on the screens
Thu, Apr 23 Exhibitor information will be published on the World Village Festival website
Wed, Apr 29 Information session for exhibitors. The session will cover practical matters concerning exhibitors. Attendance is highly recommended for all exhibitors. A separate invitation for the session was sent out in Fri, march 27th. via email.
Booking of advertisement space
Advertisement space on the festival site screens can be booked until April 10. Please note that exhibitors receive a 40% discount on advertisement space. The festival site screens allow you to reach tens of thousands of festival-goers. Book advertisement space via this link.
