Scouting is a global youth movement that promotes a culture of peace by equipping children and young people with skills for dialogue, empowerment and ways to promote justice, equality and security. Scouts, Peace and Security is a development cooperation project between the Scouts of Nepal and Finland, funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which focuses on peace education and empowerment of young people.
