Friends of India Finland is a non profit organisation which aims to create a better synergy among Indian associations to promote Indian culture to foster better understanding of India through a series of events and meetings with a collaboration with the Embassy of India and 17 registered Indian regional and cultural associations. The parent association provides a networking platform for members of the community to brainstorm and discuss issues related to welfare of the diaspora. Being the voice of the diaspora it has been bridging the gap between state administration and community.
