Felm is an agency of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland for its international work. Felm carries out missionary work, development cooperation and peace work. Felm does peace work in the Middle East, Myanmar, Colombia, Zimbabwe and Ethiopia.
Peace cannot be brought into societies from outside. That is why Felm works for peace with local partners and enables their work. In our work, we support churches, civil society actors and people who, for example through dialogue, build lasting peace and strengthen reconciliation in their own communities and in their own countries. Churches are important actors in society and have the potential to influence peaceful and just change.
