Caritas Finland has worked to reduce inequality since 1960. We respect everyone’s dignity and promote equal societies. We are part of the international Caritas movement. Caritas is the aid and development cooperation organisation of the Catholic Church all over the world.
Our work include aid work in Finland and development cooperation. Currently, our projects promote women’s food security in Kenya, children’s education in Myanmar, migrant rights in Bangladesh and smallholder farmers in Nepal. We also engage in communication and advocacy work for a fairer world.
